Why did you join the Fitness Industry?

Before becoming a trainer, I was and currently bodybuilding for the past 7 years and loved nothing more than exercising and conditioning to get me ready for my beloved sports of rugby union and soccer. When I was 18 years old, I knew I loved to see the way my body composition changed over time and I thought to myself that I could make a difference to other people in the same way. With some great coaches and role models that taught me along he way, it has led me to become the person I am today that is able to provide skilled training for any person with specific needs through intentional and calculated strength and conditioning training.

What is your level of experience?

I have complete understanding of the practical elements of fitness training. I have a certificate III and IV in fitness and several years of fitness training within several different fitness gyms such as CrossFit, HIIT training and Hypertrophy training.

How do you give your Clients the results they desire?

While playing sports and being involved in fitness my entire life, I have understood what it takes to get the desired results in my specific cliental. As an avid sportsman, I understand it takes commitment, persistence and dedication to the cause and using different strategies and methods In order to require the correct results. I make sure not only that the clients go through the motions but understand the reasoning behind the movement in order to better educate them. For me identifying that muscle to mind connection is everything, rather than just going through the motions. With this I create a great connection between the client and our session in order to fulfil their goals and ambitions.
