Cheesy dip/ spread – with no dairy. You’ll need:
A cup of soaked cashews ( soak overnight or for couple of hours);
2 garlic cloves;
Pinch of Himalayan salt;
Nutritional Yeast;
2 tbs of coconut cream
How to make it:
Simply blend all the ingredients. You can eat it straight away or place it in the nice container and store it in the fridge. This can also be a great present for cheese lover!
